Church Members help with Clean-up Project at Lake Wissota SP
Wissota State Park has three prairie areas and they burn one of these areas every two or three
years. The purpose of the burn is to knock down woody vegetation and to blacken the soil to promote plant growth.
The purpose of our effort is to provide a common good for our community and provide a format
for our older and younger generations to mingle and get to know and better understand each other.
